Michael L. Snider
Michael L. Snider is a 1985 graduate, with Dean's Honors, of the Washburn University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Mr. Snider has practiced extensively in the areas of Kansas Workers Compensation and Personal Injury law, representing injured workers and families of workers. He has presented testimony to the Kansas Legislature Special Interim Committee on Workers Compensation. Former Co-Chairman of the Kansas Association for Justice Workers Compensation Committee, Mr. Snider served on the association's Board of Directors for several years. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washburn University, he attended the University of Puget Sound School of Law for one year before returning to Kansas permanently. He lives in Wichita, Kansas with his wife and two sons. Mike lived in Central America for nine years and speaks Spanish.
Joseph Seiwert is a 1984 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since 1989, Mr. Seiwert has practiced extensively in the areas of Kansas Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury, primarily representing injured workers or their family members in those cases. He is a member of the Kansas Association for Justice, where he is a member of the Board of Governors. Joseph Seiwert is also Editor of Decision Reviews for Worker's Compensation of the Journal of the Kansas Association for Justice. Mr. Seiwert earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Kansas, also attending Wichita State University. While at the University of Kansas, he was elected to the honorary society, Phi Beta Kappa. He resides in Wichita, Kansas, but practices law throughout the State of Kansas.
